When I decided to sell my Water'sEdge Timeshare I checked with Water's Edge Sales Department and several websites. Water's Edge fee was unreasonable. Most websites were interested in getting you to sign up, pay their fee, but offered no guarantees. I found Gail's site on-line and gave her a call. She was very knowledgeable about Water's Edge. and confident she could sell my timeshare within 4-6 weeks. I am also a Connecticut Real Estate Agent. I was surprised that she offered a time frame for a sale and sceptical that she could sell it so quickly. I listed my timeshare with Gail and within three weeks it was under contract and closed within five. Her commission rate allowed me to make over $1900 more than if I sold through Water's Edge.
