Last year was the first year I contacted Gail to rent my timeshare. This was a smooth and seamless way to rent my timeshare for the week of August. By the middle of April, Gail informed that the unit was rented for my asking price. Never before did I ever get such a great price. In the previous years renting the timeshare was nerve racking. Renters wait until the last moment looking for the biggest bargain. This year I decided to sell my timeshare and thanks to Gail I am relieved. When I decided to sell my Water'sEdge Timeshare I checked with Water's Edge Sales

Department and several websites. Water's Edge fee was unreasonable. Most websites were

interested in getting you to sign up, pay their fee, but offered no guarantees. I found Gail's site

on-line and gave her a call. She was very knowledgeable about Water's Edge. and confident she

could sell my timeshare within 4-6 weeks. I am also a Connecticut Real Estate Agent. I was

surprised that she offered a time frame for a sale and sceptical that she could sell it so quickly. I

listed my timeshare with Gail and within three weeks it was under contract and closed within

five. Her commission rate allowed me to make over $1900 more than if I sold through Water's

We were interested in possibly selling our sleep 6 float week time share at Water'sEdge. We

contacted the sales department and after they got back with us in a couple days later, they told us

the porcess of listing it, but encouraged us to hold on to it for another year or two, if possible

because they had large inventory and sales weren't happening quickly. They also suggested a

listing price, but told us that we'd probably have to be willing to negotiate and go much lower in

order to sell it. We decided to wait a week or so to make a decision. I thought maybe I'd contact

Gail Garrity as she is who we had purchased the time share from initally 4 plus years ago. I left

her a voicemail and she promptly returned my call. When I inquired about selling it, she

immediately told me that she already had someone waiting to purchase a sleep 6 and could

probably get it sold within the week or so. Well, within 24 hours, she had listed it and sold it at a

price that we felt was very fair. She was extremely through with sending us the necessary

documents to get the sale final. She walked me through some of the paperwork over the phone

when I had a couple questions. She took care of everything from beginning to end in a highly

professional and time efficient manner. I recommended Gail when we first purchased the time

share and I will continue to do so with highest regards as she gets the job done! Thank you

Gail has a reputation for being the Water’s Edge expert and that she is! I called her when I was considering buying a floater so I could utilize the pool and workout room daily and she answered every question (and I loved the fact this was not her first rodeo).

We did all the paperwork through the mail and she did all the processing: going to town hall, closing the deal, etc. I just received the deed and paperwork and I’m so excited about this decision to purchase floater week.

Bottom line, Gail was wonderful!
